Learn how to manage (or cancel) your Metrix subscription

Credit/Debit Card Subscriptions

If you pay via credit or debit card through Stripe, you have access to our billing portal where you can:

  • Change your billing period: Switch between monthly and yearly

  • Change your plan: Switch between Pro and Elite

  • Update payment information: Add or change your credit/debit card details

  • View payment history: Access all previous invoices and payment receipts

  • Cancel your subscription: End your recurring payments & turn off auto-renew

About Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel through the billing portal:

  • Your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

  • Your account automatically converts to the Free plan after your paid period ends

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Cryptocurrency Payment Subscriptions

If you pay via cryptocurrency through CopperX:

  • CopperX will send you an invoice at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly)

  • You must manually pay each invoice to maintain your paid access

  • There is no automatic billing or billing portal for crypto payments

Managing Your Crypto Subscription

  • To maintain your subscription: Simply pay the invoice when you receive it

  • To cancel your subscription: Simply stop paying the invoices

  • To change your billing period: Contact our support team

What Happens If You Don't Pay

  • If you don't pay an invoice, your paid access will end

  • Your account will automatically convert to the Free plan

  • You can resume your paid subscription at any time by subscribing again
