### **Credit/Debit Card Subscriptions** <a href="#sxf6y7sz6mf" id="sxf6y7sz6mf"></a>

If you pay via credit or debit card through Stripe, you have access to our [billing portal](https://app.metrix.finance/subscribe) where you can:

* **Change your billing period:** Switch between monthly and yearly
* **Change your plan:** Switch between Pro and Elite
* **Update payment information:** Add or change your credit/debit card details
* **View payment history:** Access all previous invoices and payment receipts
* **Cancel your subscription:** End your recurring payments & turn off auto-renew

#### **About Subscription Cancellation** <a href="#w2aywaetx7o" id="w2aywaetx7o"></a>

When you cancel through the billing portal:

* Your paid subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
* No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
* Your account automatically converts to the Free plan after your paid period ends
* You can reactivate your subscription at any time

### **Cryptocurrency Payment Subscriptions** <a href="#c5fik7dybis" id="c5fik7dybis"></a>

If you pay via cryptocurrency through CopperX:

* CopperX will send you an invoice at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
* You must manually pay each invoice to maintain your paid access
* There is no automatic billing or billing portal for crypto payments

* **To maintain your subscription**: Simply pay the invoice when you receive it
* **To cancel your subscription**: Simply stop paying the invoices
* **To change your billing period**: Contact our support team

### **What Happens If You Don't Pay** <a href="#id-0md8o4e2ep3" id="id-0md8o4e2ep3"></a>

* If you don't pay an invoice, your paid access will end
* Your account will automatically convert to the Free plan
* You can resume your paid subscription at any time by subscribing again
